Corporate support

Litter picking with Clean Up Scotland is a great opportunity for your company to make a tangible and immediate improvement to Scotland's environment.

What is involved?

A litter picking day with Clean Up Scotland is a fantastic team building and personal development opportunity for employees outside of the normal working environment. The day will involve a clean up at a urban, rural or coastal area depending on what suits your group and we can create competitive challenges to engage your team during the activity.

Are there regular volunteering opportunities?

You can help us gather data by completing litter surveys in your community. This helps us understand the specific behaviours and sources of commonly litter items to target campaigns and policy asks.

How does volunteering help Keep Scotland Beautiful?

As well as the immediate positive impact of litter picking in your community, volunteering through our corporate volunteering programme helps to provide funding to enable us to continue to help local communities clean up their area. See below for our price guidance and some of our previous corporate picks.

McDonalds
We worked with McDonalds stores in Aberdeen to litter pick Seaton Park.
Howden
We were joined by the team from Howdens on a clean up that tackled both sides of the River Clyde in the Gorbals, Glasgow.
 The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
A very successful day litter picking along the Royal Mile with The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

What organisations say:

At Lidl, we are on a mission to eliminate unnecessary waste in every form and taking part in litter picks with Keep Scotland Beautiful is a fantastic way for us to do our bit to help tackle local litter.

Marco Ivone, Regional Director for Lidl in Scotland

Keep Scotland Beautiful are an amazing organisation, and the work they do super important – we loved as part of our Howden volunteering time spending it with the KSB team working in Glasgow on both sides of the Clyde!
