About us
About us
Keeping Scotland beautiful together
We have a vision of a clean, green, sustainable Scotland.
To get there we've made it our mission to inspire changes in behaviour to improve our environment, the quality of people’s lives, their wellbeing and the places that they care for.
We want to keep Scotland beautiful and we’d love you to help us.
We inspire environmental action to combat climate change, tackle litter and waste, restore nature and biodiversity and improve places.
Leading environmental education in schools, encouraging litter picks, designing and delivering campaigns to reduce litter and waste, harnessing the power of community gardening, celebrating climate and nature friendly achievements and supporting organisations to operate more sustainably - we connect people through their heritage and local neighbourhoods and champion practical action.
Our strategy
We've been keeping Scotland beautiful for 70 years and have a proven track record of meaningful and practical action.
Our strategy for 2026 - 2031 outlines how we will inspire action for a clean, green, sustainable future as we continue to work with the Scottish Government, communities, schools, businesses, local government and public bodies and the many individual volunteers who support our mission.
Take a look at our plan, and please get in touch if you would like to donate to us, partner with us or sponsor us to make our communities better places for people and nature.
Our impact
We remain blown away by our collective achievements from collaborations with communities, schools, businesses and individuals all who share our ambition to keep Scotland beautiful.
Our latest Impact Report celebrates this and highlights how our work contributes to the ambitions of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
