🌿What was your favourite part of creating your garden?

We enjoyed creating the mountain out of stones and then covering with the moss to make it look more authentic. We also enjoyed planting the seeds and seeing them grow.

🌿Did you face any challenges and how did you respond to them?

It’s been a challenge with the weather – our garden hasn’t flowered yet, apart from the Livingstone Daisies – however, when we were filming and taking photos, it was cloudy and raining so the daisies are closed up. Living in Ullapool, we have had 2 days sunshine so far!

🌿What did you learn whilst creating your garden?

We enjoyed learning about the water cycle and how we could create a garden around it The pupils learnt some of the names of the plants – and what they looked like as they were growing.

🌿What will happen to your garden after the competition has finished?

The garden is at the front of the school to be admired by other pupils and parents.
