Our training helps businesses, educators and young people, organisations and individuals across Scotland to understand the climate, nature and litter emergencies and respond to the risks, responsibilities and opportunities ahead.
We’re an experienced training organisation, bringing our expertise and partners together to provide the exceptional support you need to understand and respond to the environmental challenges and significant opportunities ahead of us.
Over the past three decades we’ve provided training, workshops and support sessions to hundreds of organisations, from big businesses like Scottish Power and VisitScotland to small sole traders, local authorities across the country and community groups, educators, young people and individuals.
We offer a variety of levels of training, from short introductory sessions through to advanced accredited courses, so we can support you whatever the stage of your sustainability journey. Plus, we provide a variety of certification for our training, helping to recognise and celebrate your achievements.
Our training is always tailored to the Scottish context, and often we work with clients to ensure it is bespoke and relevant to their context, priorities and audiences.
We are the official partner in Scotland for the award-winning Carbon Literacy Project, the only Carbon Literate Training Organisation in Scotland, and the only Scottish organisation to have attained Platinum Carbon Literate Organisation status. We hold SQA Centre Status and provide training courses that carry SCQF credits.

We offer a range of professional learning opportunities for educators as well as support for pupils working on our Climate Action Schools programme.

Accredited training designed specifically for agricultural, food and land-based businesses by us and SAC Consulting (part of Scotland’s Rural College).

Many of our courses contribute to the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) continuous professional development scheme (CPD), are accredited by the Carbon Literacy Project, contribute to teachers' CPD or have SCQF credits and you will find this information on the relevant course pages.
