Inverurie Environmental Improvement Group (IEI) is a horticultural charity working closely with other community groups, social enterprises and schools to develop environmental initiatives and to nurture inter-community relationships for the benefit of all who live, work and visit Inverurie and the surrounding district.
In 2024, Inverurie Environmental Improvement Group were awarded the Beautiful Scotland Garden for Life Biodiversity Award - for Ury Riverside Park.
