Accredited Carbon Literacy Training
Our Accredited Carbon Literacy Training has multiple options suitable for businesses, organisations and individuals, plus the ability to work with us and design a customised course.
This training provides participants with the opportunity to be certified as Carbon Literate, while organisations can move towards Carbon Literate Organisation status.

Our Introductory Training has short webinars and workshops, plus certificated eLearning.
This training can be a great first step before bringing our Accredited Climate Emergency Training to your organisation, or to compliment our accredited offerings.

**Free Introductory Workshop for people in the Highlands** In-person on 19 September, Inverness.
Our certificated eLearning module explores the Climate Emergency through narrated content that includes engaging facts, imagery and videos, plus interactive exercises.
Our Introductory webinars are 60 minutes in length and can accommodate up to 200 people, providing a perfect starting point if you want to take your first steps into understanding the Climate Emergency.
Our 90 minute workshops are for groups of up to 20 and provide a great introduction to the Climate Emergency and include opportunities for facilitated group discussion.
Our training is tailored to the Scottish, UK and worldwide contexts as appropriate and will help you understand:
- Climate science and causes of climate change.
- The meaning of terms like ‘net zero’, ‘global warming’, ‘climate change’ and ‘carbon footprint’.
- How you and/or your organisation will be impacted by climate change.
- Efforts to tackle and adapt to climate change.
- Practical actions you can take to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and help future-proof your business, organisation, and homelife.

Do you want Carbon Literate certification for yourself, your employees, or your organisation? Or are you taking a very first step in understanding the Climate Emergency? We can help.
- We can work with you to create a package of training that is relevant to your needs and context, delivered over an appropriate time period.
- Training can be organised for anyone within your organisation, and at any level.
