Nether Loirston Growers Association

A community of growers, growing mainly crops for food. Their site has 31 plots and is centred in the Community of Cove and Altens. Allotmenteers all live in the immediate vicinity to comply with saving food miles; they received a start-up grant from the Scottish Government Climate Challenge Fund in 2011. They are a happy, self sufficient and sociable group, helping one another. They take a table at the local Gala.
