In 2025, Let’s get Grangemouth clean ✨gLitter✨ Team is one of three of our Beautiful Scotland groups representing Scotland in the RHS Britain in Bloom UK-wide finals. Read the full story.
The ✨glitter✨ team work continuously throughout the year, litterpicking, street cleaning and gardening around the whole of Grangemouth to improve the look of their lovely town, to engage the residents and make it a nicer place to live for everyone.
They promote recycling and proper use of council bins, and encourage people to keep their areas clean. They spend time sweeping, scraping and clearing the roads and around the shops and lovely old buildings in town to show them at their best.
They have created beautiful flowerbeds, sponsored by individuals and local businesses, and try to do that with a sense of humour and sensitivity.
