Cupar in Bloom

Cupar in Bloom has, for over 20 years, maintained planters of flowers all around town to enhance the environment for local people and visitors alike. The group replants twice a year: in Spring with Spring/Summer bedding and in Autumn with Winter pansies and a variety of Spring bulbs. The feedback they get tells them how much their work is appreciated.
