Cummings Park Community Flat

The group is fortunate enough to have three very different spaces to offer. Their front garden allows local people to enjoy the garden in a seated area. The garden is mainly planters and pots to allow space for young people to play. The back garden hosts their green houses where they grow flowers, vegetables and fruit. The garden has an abundance of berries, tatties, rhubarb, herbs and several mature fruit trees. The group offer the items, free of charge, to the local people who often donate young plants. The side garden offers a beautiful display of colour, with plants and shrubs that offer shelter and food to insects. There are also some bird boxes and insect hotels and a memory tree. The seating area offers a calm place to contemplate the day.
