End January – 30 April: On-line registration open for Beautiful Scotland

Tuesday 11 March, 7-8pm - online: informal get together to outline our free support and resources, hear from groups as to why they take part and what they get up to over the year, meet some of our wonderful volunteers, and time for you to ask questions and chat to each other.

Wednesday 7 May, 11-12.30pm - online: Beautiful Scotland Spring Seminar - a great opportunity to get together, get some practical guidance and advice, meet our volunteer judges and be inspired by each other.

January - end June: Mentor support available from judges

4 July: Deadline for Beautiful Scotland portfolio submission; deadline for Discretionary Award submissions and seven supporting images per submission

July, date and location TBC: Judges training day

25 July: Deadline for photo submission (for use at Award Ceremony, website and online)

28 July – 10 August: Beautiful Scotland judging takes place

14 August: Judges debriefing day

21 August: Discretionary Award selection panel

September, date and location TBC: Beautiful Scotland Celebration and Awards event and presentation of medal certificates, category and discretionary awards, and the overall Rosebowl

September/October - virtual: Beautiful Scotland judges' surgeries - the opportunity to chat through your group's mark sheet with your judges

October, date and location TBC: RHS Britain in Bloom UK & CI Finals Award Ceremony

Wednesday 3 December, 10-12.30pm - online: Climate and Nature Friendly Communities Network Annual Seminar and Celebration - includes hearing inspiring stories from our groups, top tips and advice, a celebration of all our groups achievements, and the announcement of It's Your Neighbourhood certificates, NatureScot It's Your Neighbourhood Pollinator Friendly Award winner, and winner of the 2025 theme public vote
