Green Shoots Community & Learning Centre

Green Shoots Community & Learning Centre is an environmental initiative in Aberdalgie creating a shared green space for learning, wellbeing and community connection. The project brings together early years’ groups, schools, volunteers and local organisations through nature-based learning, biodiversity activities and outdoor education. With a small indoor hub supporting year-round use, Green Shoots encourages sustainable practices, environmental awareness and access to nature for all ages. Following a successful pilot phase, the project is expanding delivery ahead of its official launch on 24 July 2026, creating a welcoming, sustainable community green space for the wider rural area.
