Victoria Gardens YYI

A community garden that grows veggies and fruits. Their foremost goal is to provide a safe and judgement-free 'third place' that capitalises on the existing beauty and nurturing atmosphere intrinsic to a green space.  They support the larger community through social events, hosting group activities, encouraging and teaching methods of healthy eating and reducing both their individual and collective carbon footprint.

In 2023, Victoria Gardens received a Certificate of Recognition in the NatureScot It's Your Neighbourhood Pollinator Friendly Award.
