Upper Denburn Gardens

Since the closure of the health centre, the Denburn Deck on top of the car park has fallen into significant decay. A fantastic urban public space left to the weeds, it has the potential for something great. The group envision transforming it into Aberdeen's newest gardens. Starting out, they have been cleaning up, organising regular events to remove litter, moss and weeds. Looking forward, cheerful murals and lush vibrant planters in each area will make a set of distinct gardens. Creating a future where residents of the area, Skateboarders and BMXers, school kids, local artists and business love the space.
