Oak Garden

The group is developing a multifunctional garden to enrich people's lives in the local and broader community and increase biodiversity. In addition, they’re creating a hub for local schools and citizens to learn new skills, gain confidence, enjoy socialising outdoors, and obtain the therapeutic benefits of gardening. They grow an abundance of crops with a sheltered position and fertile ground, and are fully sustainable without water or electricity supply. They obtain sustainable and affordable products that can be used for food banks and neighbours or to create meals at local schools.
