Grow in Glenburn

Grow in Glenburn is a well-established community garden serving the residents of south Paisley. It sits serenely within a country park and provides growing plots and raised beds for 43 members. Polytunnels enable them to grow less hardy plants like tomatoes, peppers & chillies. They try to grow organically, making their own compost and provide wildlife areas, dead hedges, bird & hedgehog boxes. They also have bees on-site. They work in collaboration with RENCAN (Renfrewshire Climate Action Network) and Open Aye, a social enterprise emphasising social inclusion, photographic and wellbeing initiatives.
