Glenboig Development Trust

Glenboig Development Trust is run by a mixture of paid staff and volunteers. The Trust strives to support the local community from the cradle to the grave. Both staff and volunteers work hard to make Glenboig a better, more pleasant place to live and visit. There is a community cafe. There is also the community garden. Fresh veg and fruits grown in the garden are used in the cafe so that affordable and sustainable dining can be provided. In recent times, wooden barrel planters have been sited along the main road, providing a welcome splash of colour.
