Friends of the Barnhill Rock Garden

The Garden is a Council run park. The Friends’ role is to support and promote the development of the Garden for the inhabitants of Broughty Ferry and to assist financially with projects as well as looking after the borders for which they have responsibility. In addition, they provide plants and labour for other borders which they had previously replanted and handed back to the Council. This is increasingly important with Council budgets being squeezed and the Council Gardener having taken on increasing duties in other areas around Dundee.
