Friends of Johnston Gardens

A small group of volunteers who help maintain the gardens by litter picking, cleaning the pavilion and the seating benches. They also prune the car park rose beds and plant bulbs. They liaise with the gardener and the City Council regarding any matters which arise such as damage to the gardens. They also fundraise and engage with some community groups and have an annual open morning in the gardens. They hold regular committee meetings to raise matters and arrange activities.
