Friends of Barshaw Park

The group works to ensure that their beloved Barshaw Park in Paisley is maintained and improved. The group of over 50 volunteers maintains the Walled Peace Garden, and also works with other Community Groups in the Community Garden.

In 2024, Friends of Barshaw Park was recognised by Keep Scotland Beautiful with a Runner Up Certificate of the Scottish level of the Gardening for Health and Wellbeing Award, one of five new RHS Community Awards.
