Dunoon Community Development Trust - Grow Food Grow Dunoon

Over the past year, an intrepid team of volunteers, part of the Dunoon Community Development Trust, has been transforming the grounds around Struan Lodge Residential & Day Care Centre into a shared food growing space. Grow Food Grow Dunoon with volunteers have created ten vegetable beds, laid pathways and planted herbaceous borders and wildflower areas. This previously unused space is now well on the way to becoming a beautiful community garden for vegetables and herbs, with an orchard of fruit trees and a beautiful garden of flowers for the residents and day care visitors to enjoy.
