Cupar in Bloom

Cupar in Bloom is a voluntary organisation dedicated to enhancing the floral environment of Cupar for both residents and visitors.  They have about 30 members who plant and maintain planters all around Cupar. The group was founded in 2004 and some of the founder members are still very much on the scene.
