Cummings Park Community Flat

The group has 3 gardens to maintain. The gardens are used by people wishing to sit in the sun, learn about plants, fruit and veg and when to plant. The gardens offer a seating area and the most beautiful plants to encourage butterflies and bees. A tranquil place to be, and used by all. They offer fruit, vegetables and plants, free, to the local community. They aim at being inclusive in their gardens with community members helping to maintain, learn and share their knowledge with each other. Litter picking, Community Walkabouts and intergeneration groups are all born from the volunteers.
