Cove Community Woodland

Set up and run by local volunteers, Cove Woodland Trust exists to protect green spaces in Cove, Aberdeen, for the local community and future generations to use and enjoy. The charity was offered 16 acres of land by a local farmer, including the Cove Woodland Walk, already enjoyed by so many, and this opportunity to protect and conserve the land was taken up. With strong community support and a clear intention to sustainably manage the land giving native wildlife somewhere to call home, Cove Woodland Trust ensures that the future of the Community Woodland is protected by local residents.
