Community Roots

Community Roots Garden is a volunteer-led community growing space in West Kilbride, rooted in wellbeing, inclusion and environmental sustainability. Using no-dig and permaculture principles, the garden supports people of all ages and abilities to grow food, connect with nature and improve mental wellbeing through hands-on activity. Produce from the garden directly supports the Village Larder, their local food-with-dignity project, helping reduce food insecurity while strengthening skills, confidence and community connection across the village.
