CLEAR Buckhaven & Methil

CLEAR (Community-Led Environmental Action for Regeneration) is a small charity operating since 2012 seeking to provide some uplift in the disadvantaged former mining community of Buckhaven & Methil.  This includes major community planting, growing and enhancement programme, including running two community gardens.  Other major activities include heritage and community art, bike and wood workshops, local food production, and craft groups, enhancement.   Important site-based projects have regenerated prominent greenspaces.   Work is carried out with volunteers and other groups supervised by a small staff team.
