Moffat Civic Pride

The group exists with approximately 39 members (Age group 60+/ 75+) who keep the Town in Bloom and do litter picks on a regular basis. They are self-funded but are fortunate to have generous sponsors. They receive many donations from community groups, and individuals who raise funds and donate to them. Anne Gibbard is instrumental in the knowledge department and does all the ordering and planning for their Tubs and beds. Each year they hold a plant sale, all of which are propagated by Anne, and regularly the funds raised are £1,000+.
