At DCSG they ensure that Douglas has a greenspace at its heart that is for everyone. Whether it's planting with primary pupils, co-designing with college students, or being a working example of water resilience strategies, there's space for everyone in Douglas Community Park. A sustainable and low maintenance green space is the aim, one that shows visitors that nature is as much a part of the neighbourhood as the rest of them, and demonstrates the benefits of being in nature.
