We can work together to deliver proven, value for money, effective environmental activity at a more ambitious pace.
We can collaborate at a national scale over a sustained period of time.
We can raise our hopes and priorities with those seeking election in the Scottish elections in 2026.
We can live in a beautiful Scotland.
In line with Our Strategy we are asking for the next Scottish Parliament to:
- Invest for the long term.
- Tackle the litter emergency.
- Provide climate and nature education for all.
- Deliver clean, green and sustainable community spaces for everyone.
The Scottish Parliament Election 2026 presents an exciting opportunity for political parties to show leadership and ambition; commit to working together and develop bold funded environmental policies which connect our diverse society and inspire positive action benefitting our people, nature and the places we love.

Our priorities for the next Scottish Parliament are backed by significant numbers of people, are practical and will deliver immediate benefits in communities across the country.
By tackling over consumption, helping people become more climate, nature and litter aware and empowering everyone to make a positive difference – we can collectively ensure the places we live in, work in and visit are clean, sustainable and welcoming.
How you can amplify our asks
If you are one of the 90% of people who agree that Scotland has a litter problem, why not help us make a noise about how important it is that the issue is prioritised?
- Share our content on social alongside your pictures of the scale of our litter emergency or the impact it has had on you in Scotland and action being taken.
- Write to, or arrange to speak with, political candidates in your area and ask them where they and their parties stand on the issues that matter to you.
- Read party manifestos and work out whether they value our environment and the communities and people who care for it.
Whether you’ve done this before or are newly inspired to make a difference, your voice can help keep Scotland beautiful.
