Caroline Noble
Caroline joined Keep Scotland Beautiful as part of the Our Heritage, Our Future team to facilitate learning relating to heritage within communities.
She has a background in heritage and community work, including an MA (Hons) in Archaeology from the University of Glasgow, MSc in Environment, Heritage and Policy from the University of Stirling, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Learning, Youth Work and Community Development from the University of Glasgow.
Caroline has always had a strong interest in heritage and the ways that communities connect with and shape the places around them. Prior to joining Keep Scotland Beautiful she spent five years working for a local charity in Cumbernauld as a Community Development Worker. In this role she supported local services, worked closely with community members and groups, and developed funding applications to help bring projects and opportunities to the area.
Caroline is also interested in the relationship between non-traditional heritage spaces and the ways in which communities shape their identity and belonging through connections with these spaces. She is passionate about supporting communities to understand their heritage and to make a positive difference in the places they call home.
