Paul Wallace
Paul has worked for Keep Scotland Beautiful since 2013. As Head of Operations, he is responsible for driving the collaboration and innovation needed to generate programmes and campaigns that have a positive impact nationally and locally and contribute to our ambitious vision of a clean, green sustainable Scotland.
He leads a wide range of exciting and impactful activity across Scotland, working with the Scottish Government and public agencies, with councils and businesses and, most importantly, with local communities.
He has almost 30 years knowledge and experience leading and delivering programmes and projects in local government, the wider public sector and third sector and has a talent for bringing together partners, funders and stakeholders to create collaboration that delivers tangible action to address climate change, tackle litter and waste, restore nature and biodiversity and improve places.
Prior to joining us he spent 15 years in local government working in senior management positions. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, policy development, research, partnership working, community planning, performance management and corporate communications.
Paul is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in Public Administration and Management.
