Hayley Roger
Hayley joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in December 2025 as one of our Campaigns and Interventions Officers. She will be leading the delivery of our Upstream Battle campaign – supporting interventions to tackle marine litter by empowering communities, schools and businesses across Scotland to take meaningful action to stop litter before it reaches our waterways.
Before joining us, Hayley worked as an Environmental Trainee at Walking Scotland, where she worked on a range of projects to improve physical walking environments; promote active travel and behaviour change; and increase collaboration with local stakeholders and communities to prioritise walking and wheeling.
Hayley holds an MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Edinburgh. She enjoys spending time outdoors and volunteering with Loch Lomond National Park.
