Lisa Snedden
Lisa is the Coordinator for Our Heritage, Our Future, a community-based programme exploring heritage and climate change themes.
She joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in April 2019 as our Cultural Heritage Canal Officer. Before joining us, Lisa worked in a similar role with Scottish Waterways Trust. Prior to this she was the Learning and Interpretation Officer with the Tay Landscape Partnership where she delivered a wide range of projects from archaeological digs, orchard planting and both digital and physical interpretation of the area.
Lisa started her career as a primary school teacher in rural Perthshire. During this time she became a Forest School teacher and was seconded to Perth and Kinross Council to develop Outdoor Learning across the authority.
Lisa has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Postgraduate Diplomas in Primary Teaching and 3-14 in Physical Education. She recently achieved a MSc in Environment, Heritage and Policy from the University of Stirling.
