Senior Officer, Education and Learning
Catriona joined Keep Scotland Beautiful as an Administrative Assistant in 2006 after moving to Scotland from Canada. She is currently a Senior Officer in our Education & Learning team, delivering our Young Reporters for the Environment programme which supports young people to speak on environmental issues through writing, photography, and videos.

Catriona also enjoys hosting some of our Live Lessons, delivering workshops and networking with Foundation for Environmental Education members.

Before joining us, Catriona was an administrator with a local construction recruitment agency. Prior to this, she spent two years as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a year as a Marketing Intern in a small Canadian art gallery. She started her interest in environmental issues early in life, and spent three years on her high school’s Eco-Committee, adopting a local beach and working on projects to stop shore erosion.

Catriona has a research-based MA in Sociology and a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice & Public Policy from University of Guelph.
