Erica Roche
Erica joined us as a Trustee in 2025. She currently works as Change & Governance Manager within East Renfrewshire Council’s Environment Department and has a breadth of experience from strategic planning to environmental improvement project delivery in a community context.
Her current remit includes the Council’s Get to Zero agenda which garners support from teams across the Council, schools and the community in its drive to be net-zero by 2045.
Previously, Erica worked in resource management where she gained an appreciation of the challenge faced in protecting our environment against rising consumerism and the need for education and early engagement. She has also volunteered as an Eco-Schools Assessor.
She is a firm believer in the impact our environment has on our health and well-being and is particularly interested in how we connect with nature as a pre-cursor to inspiring action to make a positive difference to our places.
