Inspiring Action
Anchor Groups
Our Anchor Groups are active, local groups leading their communities with litter picks and citizen science. They have adopted and will monitor a stretch of their local river or burn using our citizen science toolkit. The data collected will provide insight into the types of litter across the area that has the potential to enter the wider marine environment. Read case studies on the Anchor Groups to find out more about the action they have taken on marine litter.
