Good Food Nation Bill Consultation
A Good Food Nation Bill gives the opportunity for legislation that will support the creation of a food system that reflects what we care about, including social justice, the environment, health as well as providing good food. A consultation process is expected to happen in summer of 2018 where you will be able to use your voice towards a food system you want.
Food Commission Interim Report (2016).
In February 2015, the Scottish Government announced the members of a new Food Commission to guide the next steps in helping Scotland become a Good Food Nation. In February 2016, this Commission published it's interim report.
Becoming a Good Food Nation Consultation (2014).
A fantastic 156 secondary schools and 18 higher education establishments across all 32 Scottish local authorities contributed to the KSB Good Food Nation Discussion. It is great to see so many young people adding their voices to policy development. Your responses and comments were submitted 17.10.14 to the Scottish Government within the Keep Scotland Beautiful Youth Discussion submission.
