Reviewing and reporting on progress
It's important to plan to take time to review and reflect on the progress of your Climate Challenge Fund project throughout the year, and reporting on this should be a positive and useful experience.
We provide training and support to help you report on your progress, and to use Shifting Normal to structure reviews of your project.
Our workshop 'CCF Starter Toolkit' helps you get off to a flying start, including CCF reporting requirements and using planning to review and reflect on your project.
Further details and dates for the 'CCF Starter Toolkit' workshop in 2019 will be available through the events section of the CCF website.
Our video guide to using Shifting Normal will help you understand how it can be used as you run your project
There are three online guides to Shifting Normal that can help you understand and use it:
The Summary Guide gives an overview of the tool.
The Full Guide goes into more detail and the theoretical background.
The Workshop Plan gives an outline of how to run two workshops that aim to help identify and design projects.
Producing a Final Report is a condition of all CCF grants. The report can also be used to help celebrate the success of your project, help your organisation solidify learning from the delivery of the project and help demonstrate the effectiveness of your organisation to funders and other potential stakeholders.
We have produced guidance notes and a template to help you successfully complete your report:
