Reviewing and reporting on progress
It's important to plan to take time to review and reflect on the progress of your Climate Challenge Fund project throughout the year, and reporting on this should be a positive and useful experience.
We provide training and support to help you report on your progress, and to use Shifting Normal to structure reviews of your project.
Our workshop 'CCF Starter Toolkit' supported many of you to get off the right foot with your project, including CCF reporting requirements and using planning to review and reflect on your project.
The workshops took place in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Aberdeen in April.
We are also running 'Final Report Surgeries' in 2018 which you can book now to attend via the events section of the CCF website.
Our video guide to using Shifting Normal will help you understand how it can be used as you run your project
There are three online guides to Shifting Normal that can help you understand and use it:
The Summary Guide gives an overview of the tool.
The Full Guide goes into more detail and the theoretical background.
The Workshop Plan gives an outline of how to run two workshops that aim to help identify and design projects.
