Developing outcomes and measuring success

Clearly defining the change you intend to bring about from your project, and having a plan to measure that change, are crucial ingredients for securing funding and running a successful project.

We provide training and support to help your Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) project to develop clear outcomes and measure progress towards them.

Training Opportunities

Our workshop 'CCF Starter Toolkit' will support you to get off the right foot with your project including clarifying outcomes and developing monitoring and evaluation plans.

The workshops will take place in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness in April. You can find out more and book online via our events page.

Guides

Our Measuring Success video guide and accompanying downloadable pdf demonstrate how you can measure the difference your project is making.

Delivering Change - was developed in partnership with Evaluation Support Scotland and the Sustainable Development Commission Scotland and is a guide to planning and delivering a CCF project.

We will have updated project planning templates available shortly for community owned-building, energy efficiency, food, transport and waste projects.
