The Vennie Garden

A community garden with raised beds which families can look after. There are tools and a greenhouse, alongside composting and rainwater collection to use for the plants. The group providing things means there is very little outlay for people in this deprived area.

The young people from the Vennie hold a life skills group in the garden during the better weather.

A gardening competition event is running this year, with the hope of engaging the whole community and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
