Riverview Bee Happy Project

‘Riverview Bee Happy Project’ is based at the school hostel for Aberdeen City Music School. They have developed their outdoor space to provide an area where the young people can enhance their wellbeing by having an area to relax and enjoy nature. The aim was to create an environment where their young people could learn about growing fruit, herbs, and insect friendly flowers as well as learning more about links with nature and how they can enhance this. They developed the outdoor space 2 years ago, and this year are continuing to involve the young people in planting bulbs, bedding plants and wildflowers. They are looking forward to working again alongside It’s Your Neighbourhood and Keep Scotland Beautiful.
