Inverleith Allotments

Inverleith Allotments enables growing of fruit and vegetables throughout the year to stimulate healthy recreation, mental and physical exercise and learning opportunities.

The group protects and promotes biodiversity by sharing expertise & encouraging a socially inclusive community.

They engage with school children, horticultural students and other groups, to nurture a keen understanding of allotment gardening and nature in general in a wider community. They also foster good relations with residential neighbours, local statutory and non-statutory bodies, and represent and promote the interests of plotholders, in accordance with the Association Site Rules and the Edinburgh City Council’s Missive of Let.
