Sunnybank Park is at the heart of Sunnybank, Froghall, Powis and Old Aberdeen. It comprises several areas under different management, with a variety of overlapping communities that use the park: including allotments; dog walkers; skateboarders; outdoor gym; and official graffiti wall. The core area is leased and managed by the Friends of Sunnybank Park, a community group that formed in 2010 to stop the area being sold to developers.
