Burn Road Action Group

Burn Road Action Group is a group of likeminded people appreciating their local environment and making a positive difference to the community. The area they are focusing on is the green space that runs parallel to Belstane Burn, Carluke.

For many years, the area was a dumping ground. The group have spent years now clearing out the burn from dumping, and are gradually managing to enjoy the space, planting and encouraging nature to return.

They are also encouraging others to connect to nature and to stop to smell the flowers.
