The group started the community garden in 2015 and it has been a continued success.

Following this, the group now runs (this is the 6th year) the Garnock Valley Carves chainsaw carving event in September. This year it takes place on 7th September.

Due to the success of the community garden, this has inspired others to follow suit, and there is now the “wee Potager” at the cross. They donated a new grass cutter to Morag who looks after the grassy triangle at the A737 junction, also the community association have now established a lovely garden at the community centre.

Success leads to success!

Take care and keep up the good work.
