The public voting period starts on the 1 February 2017 and ends on 28 February 2017. Each person can vote once per day for the entire voting period (one vote is allowed per IP address per day). West of Scotland Regional Equality Council (WSREC) were awarded a grant from the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) grant to run Let's Cook, Grow and Sew Together.  The project helps ethnic minority communities across the West of Scotland to increase home energy efficiency, grow local produce and reduce the amount of food and household items being sent to landfill.

You can view a downloadable case study of the project on the CCF website and current Let's Cook, Grow and Sew news on the WSREC website.

Through our management of the CCF on behalf of the Scottish Government, we are proud to be supporting community-led organisations across Scotland, which are implementing 70 CCF projects involving reducing, reusing or recycling of waste.
