Funding and support for North East communities

Are you a community group in the North East looking for funding and support for an environmental project?

We are delighted to be attending a Communities Day on 26 June in Aberdeen offering advice on funding and project development available through the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund.

We will be joining experts from Home Energy Scotland, Resource Efficient Scotland and CARES. Gate Church and Aberdeen Multicultural Centre will also attend the event to share their experience of running environmental projects which include Climate Challenge Fund support activities. The full agenda is available here.

If you cannot attend the event, there is an information pack that covers support available from the four organisations. Faith Pashley, Communities Officer a Home Energy Scotland was on hand at the Climate Challenge Fund Gathering to explain more. The packs are free and available in digital or physical form by emailing ccfenquiries@keepscotlandbeautiful.org

Register to attend the event by emailing advice@ne.homenergyscotland.org with the subject line of Communities Day.

The event takes place on Wednesday 26 June from 2-4pm at Transition Extreme, Links Rd, Aberdeen AB24 5NN.
