Film trailer: Climate Challenge Fund Awards 2018

Watch as community-led action on climate change supported through the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund is celebrated at the Climate Challenge Fund Awards.

In addition to the Awards presentations, the Awards Ceremony featured inspiring speakers, fantastic local food and some marvellous locally sourced mocktails. A special note of thanks to Forward Coupar Angus Ltd for the wonderful apple juice.

We'll be sharing further footage from the Awards Ceremony in the near future.

There were 60 entries for the Awards, with 15 groups shortlisted. Six were crowned as being top of their categories. We are delighted to share details of the winners below.

Energy Category winner - East Sutherland Energy Advice Service, Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust

Food Category winner - SCOREscotland Green Futures, SCOREscotland

Travel Category winner - Healthy Living and Sustaining East-Renfrewshire, Woodfarm Education Centre

Waste Category winner - R:evolve Recycle, Lightburn Elderly Association Project Ltd

Youth Engagement Category winner - Embedding North Glasgow’s Green Legacy, Ng Homes

Outstanding Contribution Category winner - Greener Kirkcaldy, Fife (CCF projects from 2010-2018)
