Expression of Interest deadline is 17:00 today, (28 August)

The deadline to submit a Climate Challenge Fund Expression of Interest is 17:00 on 28 August 2017.

CCF grants of up to £150,000 per organisation, per year are available for projects taking place between 1 April 2018 and 31 March 2020. The first stage of the application process is to submit an Expression of Interest and the deadline for this is 17:00 on 28 August 2017.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) is a simple online form which includes space for applicants to outline how their project meets the CCF criteria. Once you’ve submitted your EOI you’ll hear back from a CCF Development Officer who will let you know if your organisation and project idea is eligible for funding. Those eligible for funding will be issued with an application form and further guidance. If you are not eligible for CCF funding, you’ll receive feedback and suggestions of alternative funding and support as appropriate.

CCF deadlines are summarised:

  • Expression of Interest - 28 August 2017 by 17:00
  • Draft Application - 8 September 2017 by 17:00
  • Final Application - 27 October 2017 by 17:00

CCF Development Grants of up to £1,500 will be available until further notice, with applications invited monthly. These grants are available to help community-led organisations identify and scope out potential climate action projects - with the aim of enabling the organisation to apply for a CCF grant or to another funder.
