Discuss the draft fuel poverty strategy in Galashiels

Evening event offers opportunity to contribute to Scottish Government consultation on new draft Fuel Poverty Strategy.

The Scottish Government launched a public consultation on its draft Fuel Poverty Strategy in November, and is looking for views from community organisations who work with people in fuel poverty.

To help organisations to create and submit effective individual responses to the consultation, Home Energy Scotland is running a free workshop in Galashiels on the evening of 17 January.

This interactive workshop will bring together local community groups and third sector organisations to discuss and find out more about the draft fuel poverty strategy.

Find out more and book online – but be quick, spaces are limited.

Can’t make the Galashiels event?  Home Energy Scotland could still help by providing one-to-one assistance – contact Pat Graczyk, Home Energy Scotland’s Communities Officer, on 0131 555 8664 or email pat.graczyk@est.org.uk to find out more.
